About
I build and operate real estate in Florida.
I started by doing the work myself — leasing, operations, construction. Cold-calling & apartment showings, keyboard shortcuts I'm not proud of, and when to use different drywall screw lengths. That shaped how I think. Results come from depth of knowledge, standards, and commitment.
I believe systems beat intensity.
I believe quality compounds.
I believe long-term thinking wins.
Integrity, to me, is not softness.
It's alignment between what you say and what you do.
The goal isn't to be liked.
It's to be trusted.
The people who've opened doors for me, the conversations I've been allowed into, the margin to take real swings — that's not something I'll ever confuse for something I built from nothing.
But gratitude that just sits there isn't gratitude. It's comfort dressed up as humility.
The way I see it: if you've been handed rare materials, you'd better build something with them. Not talk about building. Build.
That's why I work the way I do — early, hands-on, in the details. For my family. For the people showing up next to me every day. And for the simple, stubborn belief that what we're putting together will still be standing long after I'm done.
I like to understand the work at a granular level — not because I don't trust the people around me, but because the details are where the real decisions live. I'd rather build something durable than something fast. Stability, done consistently, compounds.
I'm drawn to operational discipline, thoughtful design, and finding ways to put technology and AI to work in the real world — not in theory.
For what it's worth, my daughters remain entirely unimpressed by all of this.
If any of this overlaps with what you're building, feel free to reach out.
